- Shift Leaders: The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
- Assistant Managers: We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at a Dunkin franchisee. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed.
